Students taking online classes at The College of New Jersey, and who have a complaint, may file a complaint through the College’s complaint and appeals policies at http://policies.tcnj.edu/index.php.
Report a Complaint to the State of Residency
If an issue cannot be resolved through the complaint/appeals processes, a student may file a complaint directly with his or her own State of residency (http://www.sheeo.org/sites/default/wp-content/uploads/sites//Complaint%20Process%20Links%2012-2012.pdf) in compliance with federal Department of Education regulations.
